Ordering was easy overall. The site was clear, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and the delivery updates were useful enough to know what was going on.

"Kind of disappointed with the quality"
I ordered from tomade.com, the quality wasn’t what I was expecting. I’m not sure if I just got unlucky, but the item felt cheap as soon as I took it out of the box, and it didn’t really match the pictures. After using it for a little while, some parts already started feeling loose. Maybe mine was just a bad one, but I probably wouldn’t order again.

The prices aren’t terrible, but I wouldn’t say everything feels like a bargain either. Some stuff seems fair for what you’re getting, while other items feel a little overpriced once you’ve checked a few other places.
It’s okay if you catch something on sale, but the overall value is average to me. I also got a bit frustrated with how long I had to wait, which made the whole experience feel less worth it in the end.

"Showed up sooner than I expected"
I ordered from Tomade and honestly... the delivery went better than I thought it would. I got the tracking email quickly, which was nice, and then the package ended up arriving a few days early. The box was in good shape too, no dents or anything weird. So yeah, no complaints. Happy with how smooth it all was.

"Customer service was kind of in the middle"
I mean, they did eventually get back to me, so I’ll give them that. It wasn’t like I was totally ignored or anything. But I had to ask twice, which was a little annoying, like, I started wondering if my first message got lost or if I explained it badly. Once they replied, they helped a bit, just not in a super impressive way. Overall, not terrible, not amazing. Just okay.

"Wish the Refund Had Been Faster"
The return itself went through fine, but the refund took longer than I expected. I kind of regret not checking the refund timeline beforehand, because waiting around for the money was frustrating.
